קהלת פרק ז -- כִּי בְּצֵל הַחָכְמָה, בְּצֵל הַכָּסֶף

קהלת פרק ז

 י אַל-תֹּאמַר, מֶה הָיָה--שֶׁהַיָּמִים הָרִאשֹׁנִים, הָיוּ טוֹבִים מֵאֵלֶּה:  כִּי לֹא מֵחָכְמָה, שָׁאַלְתָּ עַל-זֶה.  

יא טוֹבָה חָכְמָה, עִם-נַחֲלָה; וְיֹתֵר, לְרֹאֵי הַשָּׁמֶשׁ.  

יב כִּי בְּצֵל הַחָכְמָה, בְּצֵל הַכָּסֶף; וְיִתְרוֹן דַּעַת, הַחָכְמָה תְּחַיֶּה בְעָלֶיהָ.

the way I understand that now is not Rashi, but simpler -- in the old days we did startups one way, we lived our life one way and we saw results, but that is a false question, to ask why were the old days better, since the world moves forward and the past does not predict the future

the truth is that Wisdom & Knowledge are only valuable in the wealthy, people listen to the marketing power of the wealthy,
