- being neurotic I went out and GPS measured the bottom and the top (at my turn-around points) - I am guessing 150 meters is possible, 280 to 430 meters (the Aderet_4_Ever segment was 152), but as you can see the lowest I measured was 274 and highest 437

Friends are amazing. Thank you. I almost did not ride alone the entire time.
Sunrise after a cold night is a beautiful thing. The potential for warmth is enchanting. Hope in a new day.
I am not very good about sharing things in my life. This was just another thing
Never really thought about it until the day before when I needed to prepare food and water. On the day just tried to count laps. Ride with Rena. Partial success with both.
Tuna in olive oil was a mistake. Rice and eggs was great. Last bunch of hours really only could stomach sugar and water. Salt and salt. No muscle cramps even though my right leg threatened from hour three.
Some protein bars are yummy some not.
GI is an issue. But ok. So felt like throwing up a bit. (Sorry for the details). Emptying bowels is worth it if you can. I even took a long stop at a bathroom at a friend of Rena’s in aderet but could not. Made it difficult to tuck on the bike.
Selfishly, having Rena up the road at all times was good. Motivation was to ride with her even if that rarely happened. Different pacing.
Friends are amazing.
Beware helpful people. So film crew drove reckless. Couple of people rode not such straight lines.
Stopping. Taking off cycling shoes. Putting sneakers on. Waking around. Was a good idea.
Could have kept spinning legs. But lack of sleep was limiting. Stopped and when I got home could not move legs at all.
Did I mention friends. Awesome.
